Return Policy

Need to return a product?

No problem. If you are dissatisfied with your case purchased through our website, you can return your unaltered item for a prompt refund. PFC cannot, however accept returns if the interior foam has been modified in any way.  Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type.

Before returning a package you need to contact The Plastic Forming Company to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) Number.  This can be done by contacting our customer service department by telephone or email. For inventory and quality control purposes, we cannot accept returns of any type without an RMA.

We’ll need the following information to authorize your return:

  • Customer name
  • Item part number(s)
  • Nature of the problem

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to The Plastic Forming Company on returned items.
