Return Policy

Need to return a product?

No problem. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your purchase for a prompt refund. PFC cannot, however accept returns if the case has been altered, including if interior foam has been modified in any way. Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, refund or credit at The Plastic Forming Company’s discretion.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to The Plastic Forming Company on returned items. The Plastic Forming Company will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Before returning a package you need to contact The Plastic Forming Company to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. This can be done by contacting our customer service department by telephone or email. For inventory and quality control purposes, we cannot accept returns of any type without an RMA.
