Our Employees Are Owners.

Since 1989, The Plastic Forming Company (PFC) has been proudly employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). More than just a benefit, the ESOP represents true ownership. Every PFC employee has a personal stake in the company’s success, and it shows.
Studies consistently demonstrate that ESOP companies outperform others: employees are more engaged, more dedicated, and more committed to delivering exceptional service. That’s certainly been our experience at PFC.
With a team of 60 employees and an average tenure of 17 years, PFC exemplifies stability and experience. This longevity reflects our commitment to employee satisfaction and a culture that values every individual. Through their ownership, robust benefits, and a positive, respectful work environment, our employees are deeply invested in our shared success. That translates into outstanding service and superior products for our customers.

In American manufacturing, employee longevity is a competitive advantage. Long-term team members bring institutional knowledge, finely honed skills, and deep familiarity with our processes and culture. The result? Higher efficiency, fewer errors, stronger collaboration, and consistently high-quality products. A stable workforce also minimizes costly turnover and disruptions. Simply put, our people are one of our greatest assets.
At PFC, we believe attitude matters. Walk through any department and you’ll find a shared sense of purpose and a positive, can-do spirit. Our employees take pride in working together, communicating clearly, and paying close attention to every detail—because great customer service is everyone’s job.

Made in U.S.A.

American Ingenuity. Exceptional Service.
For more than 50 years, PFC has designed and manufactured custom cases entirely in the United States. From concept to production, every step—including mold engineering—is done in-house.
Our headquarters is a 28,800-square-foot facility in Woodbridge, Connecticut, supported by an additional 40,000 square feet of manufacturing space in Massillon, Ohio.
We source our materials domestically, never subcontract our work, and never outsource production overseas. As a proud member of the Made in America Movement, we are committed to American manufacturing – and to delivering quality our customers can count on.
